Payment Method
Payments are submitted securely via Paypal, and you can complete the transaction using your debit card or credit card if you do not have a Paypal account. Paypal accepts most major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax of 5.3% is added to orders from VA.
Shipping
Your soaps are wrapped with care and separated by scent for transit. Packages are usually mailed within 1-3 business days via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. See shipping chart below for rates to your postal zone.

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote to your region.

If you are a local customer and would like to place an order for pickup, simply select the shipping option "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Arrangements for pickup can be made via email.

Refunds or Returns
Your satisfaction is valued! If you have any problems or questions regarding your order, please contact us, and we'll be glad to work with you.

Because of the nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns at this time. We trust that you will be pleased with our products.

Cancellations or changes to an online purchase are accepted if requested before the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you need to make an adjustment to your order.

Custom Requests, Bulk Orders, and Wholesale

Note on lead time: depending on the scope of your bulk or custom order, if we do not already have the products in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and cure time (if ordering soaps).
